Smoak Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for which guest are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount for the first missed appointment and then 100% for future missed appointments. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged as stated in the policy above. In some instances, we may still be able to accommodate the appointment. However, the time of the appointment will be cut short and the cost will remain the same. Example: if you arrive 15 mins late for a 60 mins appointment, the appointment will be reduced to 45 mins. This means that all scheduled services may not be completed, or will be completed by an assistant if available. In some cases the blowout may be cut short or skipped entirely. Here at Smoak Salon we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. Additionally, you can change, modify or cancel your appointment in the link that is emailed/text to you. In order to facilitate smooth booking and cancellations within our salon software, Smoak Salon, as of March 13, 2022, requires a card on file. For some of our services, a deposit may be required. For this reason, credit/debit cards are saved automatically upon check out at the front desk or online booking.
